Well, I know for a fact if they do another R/S I am out of this stock. I see no room for profit for me being a tiny investor in this gigantic float. It will either go to ZERO or stay in the duldrums ($.000s) forever with a R/S pending/happening.
American Green has many golden opportunities to grow this business organically doing a R/S is just saying to the shareholders: we will F_CK you shareholders and make you smaller and smaller position holders in our Co till you either sell with major losses or just give up on us. While we print more shares to bring in more suckers to buy our worthless stock.
Small penny stock companies should be focused on growing their revenue and not making money by ripping off their shareholders. A true winner Co will focus on increasing their revenue not their share count. I think American Green has that potential to do. They do not need to R/S or print more shares. They need to push for revenue growth with their patentable products. They just need a little push by some big investors like the guys on Shark Tank. To bring in the big bucks and great value to the shareholders like you and me.
