The following from the preliminary fs leads me to believe that several contracts have reached milestone status and those payments are in deferred revenues:
“The increase in deferred revenue is also attributable to fees received for a variety of contracts that include specific milestones and therefore were not able to be fully recognized as revenue during the quarter ended September 30, 2018.”
