How did you arrive at your $30MM figure? B-ABSSSI was estimated at $30MM and that was going to take 3000 or more patients in the trial.

B-OM should have no problem rounding up needed patients as no other treatment available with which to compete, it is very safe, sachet is extremely easy to administer, and only takes 7 weeks.

I would think you are off by maybe a factor of 10. My estimate may be a bit light while I feel yours is grossly heavy.
