Hopefully they have the documentation to prove it (although properly documenting has been a weak ess of Terra Tech). Seems that Ms. Loeb is getting squeezed out for whatever reason, and is seeking compensation for damages. Either Terra Tech didn't want to pursue developing the production facility with her for business/relationship reasons, or perhaps they didn't have the local permissions to do so or it wasn't cost effective to do so and had to chart another course. This lady is no dummie but is portraying herself as one, which leads me to think that she's not completely innocent in this.
