you think it is not a fact that so far Hanks hasn't produced anything to the market other than a gravel road, a flag pole and a fence? All the rest is nothing material...nothing but hot air if not sustained and supported by real constructions getting started. The signed contracts cost nothing are are meaningless without the project advancing....these are not assumptions!
