Unless they do not comply and it is reported that they do not they are still alive.
The funniest thing is the first sentence...
"On December 13, 2018, the Division of Enforcement and the only
remaining Respondent, Grey Fox Holdings Corp., submitted a joint motion to stay this proceeding based upon their agreement in principle to a settlement that will resolve the proceeding on all major terms."
So both sides agreed to let it go... Now, it could be that since there was a change of command at CEO, DOE cut Grey Fox slack. Thus the joint agreement. I wasn't there so I do not know, but it sure smells like it.
