The MMEX STRONG appear to have difficulty with reading comprehension, and very (5x) bad luck in thinking - for clarity, SEC filings like MMEX's Dec. 14 10-Q are required to reflect material events up to, and including the filing date - see Note 13, page 23.

This is a clear regulatory requirement, so unless you are suggesting that MMEX's filing is fraudulent, then MMEX has conducted nothing other than preliminary financing discussions, and had no commitment for funding up to, and including the date of the 10-Q filing, Dec. 14. That's pretty black and white, and should be easy to understand, even for the MMEX STRONG.

No "skewing" is involved - it is a technique known as using facts and evidence. That's pretty good!

The report is as of Oct 31. Oct 31 is the end of their quarter. Not sure how you can skew that. That's pretty good!
