Why they messed it up worse than they did $RBII to the point it's almost belly up, the only reason for the merger after shuttering the $PAOG clinics is to salvage any value of assets they brought into it

$RBII Board is incompetent and Arthur is talks like a used car salesman, attacks shareholders if you get a response at all

The first year they were doing great, getting stuff done, great communication and the company looked very promising
