Don't forget to take profits or at least

some profits from the 100%+ recent gain. If people don't lock in some profits don't cry when there are none left to take.

Don't repeat the same mistake over and over hoping it will only go up and never down.

I couldn't agree more. You hit the nail right on the head. Unfortunately management can't do much about it. Competition can deal a cold hand especially in cyberspace. But you know what they say ... hand a man a shovel...
