Thanks! I can never decipher the codes for all the SEC filings and what they mean. Despite the brutal selloff ("other than that, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln") I am still long and optimistic.

I see the form indicating that he has acquired options but did not see anything about exercising them. Stock 10 cents below exercise price so I don’t envision him Pulling trigger anytime soon. Let’s hope we stay above 3 this week which will be a tall task. Very bearish mkt and we are unlikely to hear anything for 3+ months

I think this was an initial grant of options (20 thousand at Thursday’s closing price of $3.11) to the newly appointed Director, Peter Greenleaf, under management’s Equity Compensation Plan. They vest over 12 quarters so he can’t exercise them yet.
