Could easily get there if they show good earnings growth. What i like about TWTR is they stay out of scandals and try to keep a conservative business.
FB grew too fast and their management made huge mistakes on privacy to the point of deception to their users. The FB options defaults are all wrong and force people to broadcast their posts to people they normally would not. FB does not care about their users all they care about is montezing their users.1
