I did not use successful as they did not get BTD - if I remember, there was a conf call and it was mentioned. But you are right that ‘well’ is my characterization and I really do not care as it is not legal proceeding. However getting feedback from fda with 2 primary end points and start of P3 is good.
I think I attached the link already for the PR. I am not drawing attention to that co as it has not done that great after the PR and has not started the P3 even after 7 months.
Guess what - they are in same position as IPIX - they thought someone will enter into collaboration as they do not have funds to start P3. Their product in cancer trial did not perform well - so they are striggling.
In short EOP2 meeting led to proper guidance to start P3 (which was doubtful) and with 2 primary end points with either condition - so it was semi successful and still nothing great has happened for the co.
