GV, larrybaz- ya I've been a bit distracted lately so don't feel confident with myself these days when glancing over things and making quick statements. Old age and stress I guess :).

In one of the conference calls this year they gave some details about the residential construction business.

If I remember correctly, they have 3 full-time employees committed to that segment. They gave the impression that this was sort of a "hobby" for these 3 and they only take on good opportunities that present themselves. There were no plans to grow the segment and any earnings from it would be lumpy. It sounded like they only do multi-million dollar properties in exclusive areas, which would explain lumpy earnings. I definitely wouldn't count on any sustained growth of that segment.

On a side note, GV finally hit an area of technical support I made a note of to myself after the last quarter fell flat and GV started going down (as Hweb correctly predicted). My note says next support 2.15 and maybe a dip to 2.00. I think I'll listen to myself and take a small position.
