where is the dilution coming from? ottv has no income and no subs...one has to conclude everything is bought with shares. dilution picked up right after the rs, just so happens it was prob not profitable for companies to lend or agree to services when ottv was trading at .0002 or less. so viola, jf fights back with an rs and can now write notes again to toxic companies willing to gamble with a higher pps.
