What's shameless is that DHS expects a migrant who speaks a strange dialect of Spanish to sign papers written in English.

What's even more shameless is to expect Border Patrol to know every language spoken on Earth. The forms may have been in English but they were read to the father in Spanish. So the Border Patrol did the best they could. And I don't care what dialect he spoke - all he had to say was "Mi hija es muy enfermo y necesita un medico inmediatamente". Even I can say that.

And to not acknowledge the effort the Border Patrol spends to prevent illegal aliens from dying is just as shameless. Do a search on "Border Patrol Rescue" and see the long list that comes back.
