What would you expect them to tell you? They lie about everything so why would this be any different? Don't actions speak louder than words? What have they done to show any of us that their words mean anything?. Nothing. We have spoken to Dan and he is a chump. He knows nothing and is just there to lap up commission if they sell again. He knows absolutely nothing about oil. His back ground is insurance sales which is barely a step above a used car salesman. Does this sound like someone we should believe when he says it will be fine? Believe nothing he says because he knows nothing. If management and Dan have given you specific information and game plan please share. If they told you they want to clean it up, make it right and filings are coming they are lying. They have said this for 2 years. So, its time for action not for them to reiterate BS.

A good base foundation is needed to support a multi-story structure. When you buy a fix and flip you need to know beforehand whether it's a teardown. Contaminants also get deep into the ground that makes the property worthless.
