RD- again, you are correct. Filing the F1 is extremely important, and that needs to be completed and filed very soon. No later than January, IMO.

Credibility is gone, and needs to be restored soon. The only positive is that they continue to report as required, and appear to be consistent in meeting all SEC filing requirements.
