In general, in OTC Pink, I don’t think lack of an audit is a big deal at all....
The problem is, Steve “promised” audit last year, Bc his “dream” has always been to uplist..blah blah blah. Then didn’t get it done again this year, apparently (even though he said it would be).
Any of the solid, real tangible changes he has promised haven’t happened, the only “gains” have been things that haven’t been proven.
I have a hard time wrapping my head around him claiming millions in revenue, yet no PR firm or legit PRs, just a man ranting on Twitter...not a very professional operation, I got tired of using the excuse, “it’s an early/young company...”, now it’s just unprofessional, and untrustworthy....IMO
***full disclosure, I own zero shares this year, and don’t plan to either (unless back in trips again, or Steve gets to some of these promises (or whatever you want to call them)***
