Pretty funny to see that almost none of these "wider openings" actually happened:

No sign of The Riot Act in Philly, Dallas, Houston, Denver or Sacramento.

No sign of America United (a 2008 made for television special) anywhere, and no sign of Ride United anywhere.

No sign of Dogpatch anywhere---

The only DVD that actually is available from this BS blgo is Grace, and that is distributed by Random Media, not Hannover House. IMDB shows that HHSE had theatrical distrbution rights.
