Onci! The issue was “real debt”, what was the amount owed, was it real and enforceable?

I’ll state the legality in layman’s terms!

Entity is “inactive” in Del. Per the lg funding arguement “improperly served”, due to change in address, and amount owed $1k became $54k but as noted in Appeal’s, unjust enrichment (LG).

The amount owed was the issue as it was inherited and unclear as such deemed unenforceable by BOD and Onci legal team which I’m certain has been negotiated down.

We’ll find out Monday, glad I loaded all month!
