You know what?? I never even thought of that. Gov't doesn's come to a complete halt. I would think legislation passed by both houses would just flow through as if it was a given.
Quite the question to ponder.

I hope that the bill gets signed asap next week.
When the government shuts down, they will hold the signing back I guess.
