With the laxague law/RIOT/Kaitos Global, filings happened 2 weeks after articles of incoporation file date with neveda

The only thing they would file with EDGAR is a registration statement. They are not SEC reporting so there can't be any other type of filing until that gets done. State filings, however, added legitimacy to the r/m for those didn't think a company announcement isn't enough.
