I'm confused about that logic. Didn't Jan purchase shares and at a much higher price as well?
Considering he spent quite a bit for much fewer shares when compared to what you could buy w/ that money at these levels.
Why would he sell his shares for basically nothing?

And wouldn't he have to file a FORM 4 or something like that?
