KATX was abandoned so who is going to stop H Wayne Hayes Jr from manipulating the stock using a bogus website and a bogus twitter page?
Lots of abandoned shells have been illegally hijacked without going through the courts over the years. Just check the ibox or the sticky post on this forum for some examples (at the bottom) of shells that were hijacked illegally by the Mark A Miller/Richard Tang group and the Raymond Barton NY Skater group.
Go back a few years and you'll find SEC litigation against shell hijackers for hijacking shells illegally via corporate identity theft (David Stocker, Jason Wong, etc) which is basically what is going on with KATX - corporate identity theft.

Who says anyone actually took over the company? But you CAN create a fake Twitter account and a fake website SAYING you've done that. Wouldn't be the first time.
