If you can get in early, I would say its a good move IMO. This is going to explode upwards come monday and the rest of next week. Financials will be out on or BEFORE the 15th of November, that should create another huge push upwards. Other PRs that we might see? Share buyback plan? New Panama Canal Deals? More Revenues?! :)
I just got the e-mail as well. I think that he knows what he's talking about. This doesn't appear to be a typical Lebed "pump and dump." He is just stating the facts...which speak for themselves.
