I read that earlier today after posting question. Came up on Google search. Also found answer to part of my question, since INSM-18 is administered PO and BP3 is IV.

From my research, UCSF is not only studying INSM-18 but looking for compounds including INSM-18 and possibility of multiple drugs coming out of this research.

INSM-18 and BP3 are down the road anyway as Insmed is concentrating R&D on Iplex indications.

Noonan trial is recruiting. A few days ago it was not.
