KATX + H Wayne Hayes Jr - illegal hijacking/stock manipulation scheme

So H Wayne Hayes Jr (the lead player in the TRON, CEOS, CRSM, and IICN scams) is involved in what appears to be either an illegal hijacking of the abandoned KATX shell or just an illegal stock manipulation scheme.

I don't see any custodianship petition filed for the KATX shell so it looks like a little bit of both (an illegal hijacking and a stock manipulation scheme).

Hayes Jr has hijacked the old expired KATX domain and created a new bogus KATX twitter page.

Not surprising from H Wayne Hayes Jr knowing how he has been using TRON, CEOS, CRSM, and IICN as insider enrichment scams to line his pockets by turning bogus debt into tons of ridiculously cheap free trading stock while secretly controlling every aspect of the shells in the background.
