I agree with this. I am pretty sure Tim and Paul are stilled involved. They dont want to go to jail. New management cant say it was those guys and move forward. Cardinal and CEGX share the responsibility with Tim and Paul. Still question is what and the heck is Ford doing? Why? What do they have?
I am curious as to facts existing up which you base your linking of CEGX with Bradford Joint Venture Partnership. I think CEGX is just a part owner like all the other understandably disgruntled investors.
