That is pretty scammy. I think we need to post a warning in the Ibox about this scammer so doesn't scare people away from investing. He PM's every new poster on this thread.
I wonder if the company can take legal action against him for doing this? Those that have received info from Pec should forward it to the company so they can build a slander/libel case against him.
Claiming he has paid off the auditors is not a wise claim to make. I'm sure the company can bring this to the SEC's attention easier than we can.
