You don't know that they showed blantant disregard for federal laws, you are just aassuming that. In my opinion they are working closely with the SEC to show the current status of their business and are staying in close communication with them. Why else would the SEC not take administrative action if they were so delinquent in filings? As you have previously admitted, you have no idea.
