Question:

Do you think that Noreen decided to tell us this because she is legally required to say such a thing before it happens? Or do you think that she's not required to do it, but she's just doing it to be nice, like a heads up type thing?

I don't need to wait for your response to this question, because as we both know, no matter what your answer is, your story that your trying to sling won't make sense.

If she was doing it because she's legally required, well then it has to be in an 8-k. In other words, she's NOT doing it because she is required to.

So if she's not doing it because she's required to, then she just told us to be nice, as a heads up? We all know that has less than 1% chance of being true.

Oh wait there is a 3rd option. She decided to tell us this VIA PRESS RELEASE (and specifically used the word "intend") because in a press release, she won't be held accountable for shit. I highly doubt she would say such a thing in an 8-k, however, even if we see an 8-k tomorrow or the next day, based on the fact that she used the word "intend", she won't be held accountable if what she says doesn't come true. In other words, she is totally free to say this to try to get us to sell off, and has little to no chance of being held accountable for her manipulation tactics.

As there is already overwhelming evidence that this stock is Dump and Pump, my conclusion is she just put that in there to scare us into selling. Fits in with the dump and pump theory, and nothing else makes sense.
