If I remember correctly when I first started watching here, essentially you deduced about 7 million actual shares to be traded? Given the AS and shares held by insiders and institutions and the chunk you held as well.... do u still hold that same opinion?
That‘s all a load of nonsense. There is no uplist here without a RS since the stock can hardly hold 30 cents lately. Try 3-4 bucks needed for an uplist. If they RS the float will get much smaller again as well. And no the convertible note isn‘t needed for the uplist, more complete nonsense. They need it because they desperately need working capital obviously.
