You are always seems easy to manipulate, the market price doesn’t tell you much. If they issue shares at 0.55c but the intrisic value of the company per share is way above that, they are diluting the shareholders. If I want to manipulate the shareholders to make my action seems justifiable , this is one of the way, as you can see it works to you. I am not saying that’s what they are doing right now, but you cannot justify the recent shares issued like that.
