Looks like people are...what other choice do they have at this point? A whole year without 1 major pop here after "big news" of a major shift in company ops and focus to suck us into investing.
IMHO he needs to focus on offering an out here for us not screwing us. Thus, I am more for the increase in authorized shares then RS. At least if we increase shares out we could eventually head towards a much higher market cap and price with our share totals untouched. Hope he considers going that route instead. I am guessing that would make most here happier rather then a RS then diluting from there screwing us on our share counts and the opportunity to eventually break even. See he mentioned it it appears in the filing. So, maybe he is considering it as a compromise.
