My hunch is they finally got the approval to use cannabis instead of corn to fund the farming & agriculture model of the mining business.

1. Who is "they"?
2. What mining business?
3. what farming model?

SGCP is a shell and there may be some corporate activity due to recent sate filings - like a reverse merger happening. It has nothing to do with their past business in Sierra Leone which was terminated years ago.

I got out the last time it hit 0003 and if there was anything behind the recent filings I would ave expected 0003 to have been broken by a lot.
