True. You need to ask for a viewing of the property to actually see if it’s available. I would also ask for the listing sheet.

Right they do this...but u r wrong in this case. The broker would not have invited me to see the property if this was the case. I they can not tell me it is still available. Im also a realtor. If i was local u could have me him and viewed.

It would take anyone 5 minutes to call the broker and make an appointment to see the property....

whether in the business or not....

It's still for sale, if there's proof it isn't I'd like to hear it.
