I have had a conversation with management and NO shares were sold by ANYONE associated with management. Those shares on the SEC required Form 4 have been filed but NEVER were sold. The timing of the listing was bad and may have had the perception of "pumping and dumping", and management now sees this as a concern by shareholders, but again this was just bad timing. No shares have been sold. I have a feeling that there will be some kind of "letter to the shareholders" to address the fact that there have been numerous calls to the offices of Biocurex concerning this matter. This is obviously public information so any individual can pick up the phone and call there broker to see if there was any insider selling. This is "from the horses mouth"! There are no misdeeds going on. Those shares listed have been listed several times, but never really were sold. As for Abbott, they have not asked for an exclusive and this would not be in our best interest as far as royalties. It would definitely not be in the best interest of Biocurex or its shareholders to have an exclusive, because Abbott only retains about 1/3 of the market. Biocurex did not personally associate themselves with Lebed and once the issue was brought to there attention it was handled. If there was any stock price manipulation it has nothing with management. They can only speculate as to why the price of the stock has been pulled in both directions. Things are on track, and it becomes a matter of trust and confidence in management. I find it unnecessary to recap all of their accomplishments, but will end by saying that not only has Dr Moro delivered on everything he has said in the past, but he has such moral conviction that his life's work and reputation are at stake. Lastly, do not lose sight on the big picture. First, diagnostic, then imaging, and then therapeutic. A CURE FOR CANCER!!!!!!! And you can say you were a part of this. It comes down to the simple fact of trust. It is very apparent that there are contributions to this board which can cause emotions to allow people to waiver in their convictions. However, it boils down to one thing. Do you trust management or not? What matters is not what I am posting or what others have posted in the past, but DO YOU TRUST MANAGEMENT OR NOT? ONLY YOU CAN ANSWER THAT. This board is fun and sometimes interesting, but you need only ask youself that one question each and every day.

First off, Abbott is not sending back the test. Secondly, the offers so far by other MAJOR pharmaceutical companies must be in the same league as the Abbott deal or we are selling ourselves short, so there have been offers, but the # of licensees permitted by the "semi-exclusive "contract would be not be beneficial to do a deal at a lower royalty. I suggest you call management to answer your questions before you start any hypothetical conclusions and spread false rumors.
