Where it all started on the Canadian Stock Exchange as ACRG.U
21,443,000 issued and outstanding
114,900,000 reserved for issuance

These numbers may have changed because of a couple of big acquisitions since the IPO on Nov. 15.

My assumption because there is big money behind this stock, that the reserved is primarily for acquisitions.
