It looks like it was voted down, however in the first filing they are disclosing a new Series A stock given to Read. I believe this is the "super voting stock" someone else on this board was talking about. They will either effect a RS or increase the authorized shares with it then the company will buy them back for 100. I have no idea what the timing will be but it looks like Read will get what he wants...the sore looser way.
