I think Clayton realized that having Bland was not worth him screwing up his own reputation. I give him kudos for turning the deal down, if indeed Bland had that kind of cash.

And IMO, Bland must have realized that he is opening up another can of worms if he did have that money because shareholders were promised a dividend a long time ago from the Whirld.app, and many have not forgotten. So if he does have that kind of cash it can only be from one thing.... selling 3a10 shares that he gifted himself.
