I see no reason to bid this up. We may have millions of shares to chew thru. Personally, I didn't like the trade off of 50 million shares to extinguish a $500,000 note. However, I don't know the particulars of the note, e.g., was there a time limit before it had to be converted. What was interest rate? That is a lot of shares in the hands of someone we know nothing about. On the other hand, I assume Geodan put in his 2 cents worth and if he thought it should be done, I trust him. It gives us the chance to get some very cheap stock while company is getting its footings. At this price I would hope every employee is made aware of their company stock. Back when I was a broker this would have been an easy sale. If they can't see the potential, no one will. If Perez is serious about selling, and I suspect he may be, since his money earns no interest sitting in stock, he should notify company and just sit on offer at a .01. We will chip away at it. We are also looking at tax loss season. So relax and take advantage. Sit at a penny and be patient. We have time.
