Gold is full of it! He says he is following the stock to advise friends, I'm willing to wager he is not doing that at their request. He sees a lot of potential in this stock and is following it so that he can get back in at a lower cost (hoping his negative comments help to facilitate that) or catch the train at the next stop once Abbott confirms the technology, via making payments to Biocurex!
