Thanks for the story. Very interesting and makes me believe this is a DO NOT INVEST ticker. Well, might be worth a lotto at .0001 and hope for a quick pop on filing news. That always excites people. Don't think is worth the gamble at such high O/S though.

Do you have history of Wayne Bailey?
Seems he was involved with Better Bodies, then Cardio Infared Technologies (CIRT), then Las Vegas Railway Express (XRTN), sold to X Rail Entertainment (XREE), and now involved with Las Vegas Express (LVXI) which had a R/S recently.
Wanda was involved in these 3 companies as well (in capacity of CFO).

Wayne and Wanda both list address as 99 Fountainhead (residence of Wanda) and BANI has listed 2 CEO names of people that are ghosts (no history) to this same address.

Thanks, Janice. That is one convoluted, funny show. I had to skim because I'm overloaded this month. I'm falling hard... I have officially taken on more than I can chew. I don't want to do Christmas anymore. I want January to come. I don't want to go to work today, but I have to. I'm so far behind. So far behind. Too much change in one week for my brain to handle. I'm falling... I'm falling....

I agree Know what you own. So, everybody knows what they own here now, right? Good. :) I want a comedy show. I don't want anybody making money unless we do first. And that means, don't cancel our shares. Do a reverse split instead. I love reverse splits at these levels. Not at high levels, but this is a good place to be. I consider this a ticket stub for a show. And I want magicians and comedians. It's Mr. E's skills I value the most here. And then the keystone cops can bust in near the end somewhere as they fall over themselves and we all ride into the sunset.

You know, I could have checked out many of those addresses in Houston. Woodlands is part of Houston as far as I'm concerned. I have the SE Texas landscape covered.

I expect Mr. E to vanish before the story begins. He is just a lawyer in a nutshell that has some great skills. When the show begins, I want my ticket stubs to be honored. DO NOT CANCEL THEM. If they get canceled, I'm going to be an angry customer. And don't make me angry. Right now, I'm very happy.

OH, and for the record, scammers LOVE deregulation. That's why they are usually Repubicans. There is both a deregulated *and* anti-immigrant theme in that party at this time. Although, they parties evolved, so I stress AT THIS TIME. It's not the party of Lincoln. And I love deregulation too. For those that vote against themselves, they can deposit their goods into my account after arguing with me, learn some lessons, and then go vote correctly next time. The cognitive dissonance they face with me will be the same they face after they invest in a deregulated environment. No matter what I say. No matter what Janice says, they will not listen. Cognitive dissonance will be at the crux of their tone deafness. So, don't worry about it. This is just one market force of many that forces the truth to emerge in the battle of dumbed down arguments. So that those in the middle, or left to center like myself, can continue to move forward as the extremeties turn out the vote -- the least informed, motivated by fear and folly.

Janice, can you behave? And just watch the show with me and be entertained? It probably wont' begin for a good while is my guess. But you never know...
