I've seen plenty get cancelled. No clue of that's going to happen here or not. None. Do know announcement of one always creates a panic sell off though. It's the OTC.....can't discount a theory that ahead of pending action that's been thought to happen a RS announcement causing a panic sale and pps drop creating a load up opportunity ahead of that action. Hey its always a possibility. ANYTHING is possible.
