The experienced have been taking advantage of what the street has allowed. Some with free shares were selling in small amounts because not many of the old shareholders got many divys so they were just dumping. Happens all the time with the inexperienced. Many of us have been accumulating so any movement of buying moves up quickly as you can see. We are not selling the shares therefore the supply/demand is in favor of those buying.
