Agreed. Common Shares are just a Lottery Ticket at this point. They are definitely not an investment.

How low will $FNMA go!? There's a gap around $0.65 that needs to be filled. I would expect that to fill once the Average Joe Lemming panic sets in.

With dilution, lower eps, capped gains and the possibility of receivership, commons will got new lows as investors realize that pfds are much safer of an investment and not a pure gamble.



However fun it might be, leave the trolling to CC. Moelis and receivership are mutually exclusive, and the former leads to prices above what we have now, so it's hardly a danger.
