Did Randy tell you how he acquired 12% of a company's water and dope rights when he has no cash and limited shares to offer in consideration? Something stinks in RSHN land. Also did you ask why he holds no shares other than the preferred which cannot be converted? Why would he spend his time building a company that he will not receive any profit from?
