The company cares....insiders are not selling their shares. They own a lot of shares and options, warrants etc. that are worthless without better share prices. They need the share price up to make their stash of shares more valuable. Independent Director has $7 million invested at .30 ....I think they do care.
With a line of credit now...they can progress forward. Shareholder meeting will show how much they care.
