I hear ya. Frustrating for sure!! But, MJNA isn't the only company not filing. Check some of these companies out they are increasing their OS and not filing.

My theory on this is these companies are franticly spending all their money on expanding and trying to secure their position in this huge industry. Estimates range in the 20billion dollar + area.

MJNA is well positioned to take advantage!!
