Axle777 - So appreciate your posts in helping to remind folks about the known facts. I remind myself often the list of known facts. For some reason, some refuse to accept proven facts and ignore. I agree with you - they choose not to believe and sadly they wouldn’t understand. Go Zion Oil & Gas (and Water). :-)

Fact is they didn't, except by a library definition. Consider the scenario where millions of years ago oil migrated through the area, leaving behind an occasional small uneconomical pockets. That fits the library definition, but the oil is long gone. Likewise if it started in this area, and millions of years ago it disappeared in a fault caused by an earthquate, leaving behind seepage coming out of the rocks, then that also fits the library definition. A 3rd possibility is the Brown gang hit Oil Shale or Kerogen seeping from the rocks. Where the API of Kerogen is in the range of "Light" oil. However, is totally uneconomical when oil prices are below $100. Of course the Brown gang might try to PR pump that scam angle later on. A plea to Brown: Please please try to pump Oil Shale as being found, and Kerogen will be harvested. That would be too much fun, and entertaining.

There's no evidence for an "active" system which can economically provide oil. ZN can play with library definitions all they want. However, MJ1 was a dry hole. They are misleading SHs with a word game.

The scam plan as it's now unfolding will be to perform part or all of the planned 3D. That gives them 6 months+ of pump PRs about the 3D. Expect delays in getting the permits, and equipment in. Then it will be time for another PSPP, before spudding another dry well. Another 2 yrs(?). Then an announcement of another of the endless PSPPs. They want to check out area in the 3D oh so promising, and drill there. Or will they just loop back, and say they are going to 3D yet another area in their acerage? Endless scam angles, endless PSPPs.
